How billing works
- A new institute gets 6 months free, with everything included. No card is needed to start. Before it ends you choose a plan; if you don't, you move to the free plan.
- A student is a learner enrolled in a running batch. Paid plans are billed on the students you have when you pay - a month or a year at a time.
- Pay for a year and get 2 months free.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. You pay in the app by UPI, card or net banking, through our payment partner Cashfree.
- If a payment is missed, everything keeps working for a grace period; after it your data stays safe and visible but can't be changed until the plan is paid or you move to the free plan.
- Families and students never pay Base to Apex. When they pay fees in the app, the money goes to the institute; we take no commission on fees, trials or bookings.
