Run your classes. Let families find you.
Base to Apex is software for coaching institutes, tutors and classes of every kind - academics, music, sports, arts. Batches, attendance, fees and online payments, tests and homework, and a free listing parents can search.
Every new institute gets 6 months free, with everything included.
For institutes and teachers
Everything a class needs to run, on a phone, in one place.
- Batches and attendance
Programs, batches and timetables, enrollments, and attendance marked in a tap.
- Fees, collected online
A fee ledger that raises each month's fees itself. Families pay in the app by UPI, card or net banking, straight to your bank account.
- Families in the loop
Parents see attendance, fees, results and homework, and get the important updates on WhatsApp.
- Tests and homework
Set tests and homework, mark them, and keep each student's scores, levels and notes in one place.
- Your team
Teachers and counsellors with their own logins, seeing only their own batches.
- Found by new families
A free public profile parents can search, with enquiries and trial classes booked straight to you.
For parents and students
Free, always. Find classes and coaches near you, read reviews, ask questions and book a trial class. Once you've joined, follow attendance, homework and results, and pay fees in the app - each payment goes to the institute, with a receipt for you.
