About Base to Apex
Base to Apex helps coaching institutes, tutors and classes of every kind run their day-to-day work, and helps families find the right class and stay in the loop once they've joined - from a child's first class to the right career.
What we offer
Base to Apex is software, used in a browser or on a phone. Institutes subscribe to it; families use it free.
- For institutes and teachers - programs and batches, enrollments, attendance, a fee ledger with receipts and online fee collection, tests, homework, student records, staff logins, and a public profile families can find. Priced per student per month, with a free plan for small classes. See pricing.
- For parents and students - searching classes and coaches nearby, enquiries and trial classes, and following attendance, homework, results and fees once they've joined. Always free.
When a family pays fees in the app, the payment is processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, and goes to the institute. We take no commission on fees, trials or bookings; we earn from institutes' subscriptions.
Who runs it
Base to Apex is built and run by Aditya Mohan Ghatol, a sole proprietorship, from Pune. Base to Apex is its trade name.
